The company's production base is fully enclosed and managed, and each production workshop in the factory area is divided into independent divisions according to product needs. The factory area adopts an intelligent access control system to ensure the safety and confidentiality of production; a fully enclosed closed-circuit television monitoring system is adopted to ensure the order, safety and effectiveness of the entire production process. A fully enclosed central air-conditioning control system is adopted to ensure a clean and tidy production environment.

Our company's production base is divided into three areas: safety area, high safety area, and classified area, and safety warnings are set up in prominent positions. The peripheral wall of the factory area is equipped with an infrared anti-intrusion system and a closed-circuit television monitoring system, which can effectively complete the security defense function, and this is a safe area. Through the "ONE BY ONE" access control system, supplemented by the whole process of closed-circuit monitoring, employees enter the company's production area (high security area). In the high-security area, some parts are the top priority of security protection, such as the data room and personalized workshop, which we designate as classified areas.

In order to enhance the company's safety management factor and effectively control the entire factory area, the company's gates and emergency exits, vehicle passages, factory delivery loading and unloading areas, factory buildings and production workshop access passages and emergency exits, and all high-security areas, etc. 24-hour comprehensive video recording of main passages, entrances and exits. The outdoor area has been equipped with night lighting devices or additional night infrared camera equipment, so there will be no camera blind spots and monitoring blind spots. The production process mainly monitored includes all production processes, inspection, semi-finished products, finished products, packaging, packing, waste products, anti-counterfeiting raw materials entering and leaving the warehouse of smart card products, as well as the process of destroying waste products.

The monitoring system of our company's factory consists of monitors, splitters, video recorders, surveillance cameras (CCTV), video tapes, and transmission networks.

There are three dividers in the company's main control room, of which the No. 1 divider is mainly for the exterior and interior of the factory area on the first floor.

The monitoring plane for effective control of all passages and entrances and exits in the department, the No. 2 divider is a surveillance plane for taking pictures of the passage doors and workshop entrances and exits on the second floor, and the No. 3 divider is a surveillance plane for taking pictures of the passage doors and workshop entrances and exits on the third floor Surveillance plane.

The intelligent access control system of our company's factory consists of a host, a card reader and an electric lock (adding a computer and a communication converter when networking).

The card reading method of the intelligent access control system is a non-contact card reading method. As long as the cardholder shakes the card in front of the card reader (4~5 cm) quickly, the card reader can sense the card and read the information in the card ( PIN code) to the host, the host checks the legitimacy of the card, and finally decides whether to open the door. The access control management function can be realized as long as the whole process is within the effective range of swiping the card.

Card readers are installed inside and outside the wall next to the door. The proximity card is read-only, not easy to copy, safe and reliable, and has a long life (the non-contact card reading method makes the mechanical wear of the card almost zero). And through the communication converter (RS232) and the computer for real-time monitoring (the computer can send commands to open/open all doors, and can check the status of all doors in real time), data processing, query, report output, etc.
