Data Confidentiality Program
In order to ensure that customer data and card information are delivered to relevant departments in a safe, timely and error-free manner to complete relevant work, and to strengthen the standardized management of card order software programming, our company has formulated strict work procedures:
(1) The card data is sent to our company by the customer in encrypted transmission or by sending a CD. The personnel in each department of our company who contact the data will follow strict procedures, and after the relevant leaders sign and confirm, hand over and feedback to complete the relevant design and software programming work , every step is responsible for relevant personnel and leaders;
(2) Card data will be kept by full-time senior security personnel during the entire production process of the factory. After use, any backups in the process will be deleted in time, and the data that will not be returned will be sorted out and archived by relevant security personnel. Customers need Return the CD-ROM data, and the safety department of the factory will uniformly copy and archive the vault;
(3) The warehouse manager of the safety department of the factory shall file the data card information (including software programming) in a timely manner according to the contract number, unit, product name, time, and quantity, and the storage period is at least six months;
(4) Borrow relevant data card materials or software programming from the Safety Department for production needs, and must go through handover procedures.
